Time is a Perception!! You are always 'moving through it' because it is physically impossible for you to stop transfering energy! Time IS the transfer of energy. That's it. If you take a step backwards, the energy is not going back into, you are still outputting it. When you put on the blanket, the energy going back into you is still going forward. You cannot reverse time because it does not exist. It would still only be a perception. From a perception, yes you can reverse time. But are you really reversing anything? No! It's a perception!!!

There's this psychic who can apparently 'change time' in his vicinity. He can make it go slower or faster, dunno if it's just perception or even a hoax. I take a grand skepticism on these things.

Thats a very sexy power! well if he changes time in his vicinity they should sincranize 2 clocks one in the room that hes in and one a couple miles away. Then if one clock is differnt from the other we go OH MY GOD ITS REAL! ... or he could of just tinkered with the clock.

While it is true some people have been able to predict/recount/find things, i see nothing more than people who have been given help from demonic sources, humans themselfs have no ability for psyhic powers, there is no part of the brain that will allow us to affect matter, time, or any other relative interpretation of the word we live in.
Humans are what we are, only able to affect solid matter, and even then only to a certain degree without mechanical assistance.
I see no time in human history when people will be able to affect matter with their minds, as it is just not possible.

Lol im a twin... only once or twice i know what my twin is thinking, but very rarely. So i would have to say the phychics are semi possible, but i highly doubt it. im pretty much just guessing when i know what my sister is thinking, it isnt like i can now think, that shes thinking, wait. incoming message "you stupid cereal i should eat you! and i think i will."

Technically, I can do that.
I simply look at their surroundings, and change my viewpoint to theirs. It's very easy, no phycic stuff involved. It's just the use of the imagination.
