Ok, ill submit somestuff later, but i wanted to say this.
From what i've seen, this team is run by a single person. What we need is someone, besides the leader, to make sure everyone is doing their job, and that their work fits into the map, assigns limits
eg. To the spellmaker you say "Your system can only use 10 locations", while to the terrainer " Please only use 50 sprites max, we need them somewhere else"
Without someone like this, these projects are going to end unorganised and cluttered. Instead of a "leader" we have a manage team or say 3 people max (yes i am volentiering

). Also, that way we can get 3 differnt projects at once, each person seeing over one of them.
Im probally gona get flamed or somesthing but meh
