Really not a good idea, just look Legion up in the alliance statistics

As you can see the Legion is the second most powerful alliance on CN, they also have a rather medicore stockpile of 208 nuclear weapons

If I were you I'd just contact a high ranked legion member and explain what happened and ask for repreations through diplomacy.

I was going to type this yesterday, but it would appear I forgot to, but I want CaptainWill to talk to a high ranked Legion member, I find that CaptainWill is a very resourceful diplomat when it comes to these affairs.

Legion is on the purple team too so he could have just put his Alliance Affiliation set to Legion to try and keep you guys from attacking him back.

oh, sweet. Didn't know what a harbor did -- didn't bother checking. I knew what a bank did and so i just got that straight away. well atleast the money will be a little faster... with the +7% i mean

Bank - $100,000.00 - Increases population income +7%.
Harbor - $200,000.00 - Increases population income by 1%. Opens +1 extra trade slot. Limit one harbor per nation.

How is a harbor better? and somebody like felagund who makes 200k per day, can i have 100k please( for bank ) or if harbor is better 200k (for harbor), I will pay you back in full ASAP

Addition: Either that or I will get tons of infrastructure.

you don't think an extra trade slot which would give you extra resources which could get you bonus resources that can give you better than income +7% is better?

and once you get bonus resources are they yours forever or when somebody cancels a trade you lose them?

bonus resources are created when you own a set of normal resources. so, if someone cancels a trade, you will lose them.
