In Wales, there are no numerical grade markings, your failing or your passing. Most people pass and if you do make failing your issued to a different curriculum. Or what North Americans would call it " The Retard Courses ".

I find that very hard to believe. Not one person in this world I am almost certain has had over 98% on every single thing that they have done. But I'm not going to try and prove you wrong, just stating something that I think is pretty much impossible.
Getting over 95% average in high school is pretty hard already. Unless it is a lot easier, and I mean a lot easier in other countries.

I doubt it's possible to get 95%+ on every test and project. I had a chinese girl in my class who had a 98% average or something, and I simply can't imagine anyone getting higher.

Even if you are a very smart person and you are smart plus you actually put effort in your work, 98% is still extremely hard mark to get. If you are in elementary school then it is very believable I've gotten a lot of 90 - 100% in courses.
I'm pretty sure 75% of the people who voted lied about their marks. There really isn't much point to lie here. Switch the results for A average and B average and you get something more accurate.
