If this game is finished it could have a lot of replay value like Battlecraft MTG or Builders n Fighters.finish the map

In the past 13 pages, that's been said more times than I have fingers on my hand.

It seems that Scypher is addicted to Guild Wars. Now I have to try even harder to get him to do his part on this map.

Poor DevliN... map making partner addicted to Guild Wars... has Mac... can't use StarForge... why not just go over to his house, if you know where he lives, with a shotgun and force him? lol

Because he comes over to mine a lot, and then I force him. If he doesn't start working on it soon I'll do some of it and then look for help elsewhere.

Not my fault you guys are hyping yourselves up. But because I'm bored now and Scypher never uploaded any screenshots, I'll include some small ones (I can't get full-size screenshots because all the colors mess up on the picture).

This is the main area with 4 choices: Roll Dice, Purchase Property, Get Out of Jail, and on last option which is slipping my mind right now.

The burrowed Hydra is the game piece. We may make something later that forces a computer's unit to always stay on top of it if we decide that the actual game piece's look would help make this look better. Also keep note that all the yellow on the map (Player 8) will be a black color in the final version, so the map will look a lot better as well. And on that note I'll point out that we make all the terrain changes in the end once everything else is finished.

Wey, it looks rather neat.

BTW, how will houses/hotels look like? Buildings, I suppose...

Yeah they will just be Pylons for houses (or disabled tanks perhaps) and a supply depot for hotels.

Supply depot for hotel... Why not an Academy

hm...i also started a monopoly maps some years ago..then i stopped map making :\

the terrain, the dice trigger and the movement trigger were already done...

Maybe i'll finish it in the next month (when i'll have more time to start mapping again)...

Well there ya go. I should just stop working on mine then. Now Legacy finally has a Monopoly map to play.

Now that I'm looking at your triggers, I notice we're doing things way differently. For one thing we used random switches for each dice, not both at the same time (though this is the easier option for doubles).

So you're just going to give up Monopoly now just because someone else is making one?
