IP... do you need/want any more people to help code v5? Looks like there's lots still to do; might be faster to finish if you have a bit more of a team? Just needs a bit of management - ask TT for help with that wink.gif. Not that I should be on the team, there are lots of more experienced coders here sweatdrop.gif

The fact we stopped getting hacked?

We were hacked again... like two days ago smile.gif

A cause for celebration, as it's an excuse to get to SEN v5 quicker. It's worth it. I hope the offline version of v5 is better then the online one. If I click 'forums', it still redirects to an error page instead of the forum index. Highly annoying : /.

We are releasing this early because the other site is supposed to come out soon right?

Yeah, I really hated that, too, while messing around with v5 and then trying to get back to the forum index. v5 is fun, though; I can't wait.

I proposed operation "Code v5 f**king fast" when the hackings started.

Lol, that is a good reason for implementing the new version.

Ok... some ideas for the new staredit.net layout...

For the DLDB (DownLoad DataBase)... make it so that there's a zip file of all of the files in a certain category... for instance if I want to download all of the bound maps on this website... make it so I can just download them all at once instead of 1 at a time... also please put pictures for each of the maps!... You should also add a thing where it tells you what files in that section are new since the last time you visited the site... either that or add a thing to it where it marks all files that you haven't downloaded yet... for instance like a * in front of the file name... this will make remembering what maps you've gotten already and which you haven't a lot easier... Also for the zip file... make sure it adds the newer maps to it when they are submitted.

Also for the DLDB (DownLoad DataBase)... make it so that you can actually alphabetize it... because right now... when you alphabetize it... it alphabetizes the page you are currently viewing... but when you go to the next page of maps... it becomes unalphabetized!

For user names... you currently have it so that you can buy a thing in the store if you want to change your user name... what if someone changes their user name on b.net and wants to change it on here... but either doesn't want to pay for this... or doesn't have enough minerals to buy it... then they can create a new name... but the old name still exists... you need to have it so that they can delete unwanted names after creating new ones.

You arent supposed to create new names, therefore no need to delete them, It is in the rules because doing this you can have multiple accounts playing in the 50/50 and magic boxes and cheating the system. and you are asking for a lot but it sounds good. I know what you mean about the second page doesnt keep them categorized as you choose.
