oh, well i havent added any new cooling systems to my Dell Demension 2400 since i bought it, its pentium 4. Can you somehow find the specs for it and see if i can overclock?

DELLs can't overclock. Their BIOS is locked, therefore you can't change things like FSB.

It's not only CPUs though, you can make a lot of stuff run at higher frequencies, but most you shouldn't touch really.

Same. All of those factory made retail ones won't overclock.. 99% sure on that. I don't know about eMachines though.
