Infinite time does not equal infinite possibilities becuase there are limited rules on what can be done...

Where do you think those rules came from? They are one of the possibilities that was created from the "infinite possibilities".
Laws are the same as rules, they were made over time. These rules you speak of, who says they were always here?

There are a crap oad of possibilities but the universe runs on a set of rules, if these rules cannot be broken then it is not possible to do anyhitng beyond them, so far we have found nothing, and i presume we will find nothing to break these rules... unless we were god....

The universe is one of the possibilities man. Who says theres nothing outside the Universe? We could be a marble in someones pocket for all you know, or there could be a universe in a marble you've got. The "rules" you speak of were made when the universe was made. Before that there might not have been rules
which = infinite possibilities.
