yeah you can build on it. I played the map once with zorg[FP], it plays horrible. You can not do any early attacks, units get stuck everywhere, and tanks can abuse these mineral wall as well.

I played this map, i hate expos that can be tanked too easily.
Also, on the PGT version of PA it is really hard to get the tank on it, i tried, and couldnt... Even if you can it would take too long.
