I like to play with mods, they expand starcraft. And also blizzard doesn't care as long as they are for personal use (not sellings, etc.)

I checked all day to see if any mods were ready to be approved (up to 4pm my time) and didn't see any. So I'm going to get to what is in there right now and I will be submitting modding tools I know and have used.

I got all the common modding tools submitted to StarEdit.net. I was going to submit all the other non-common ones like BinEdit and LoEdit but my upload speed is about 128kbps and so I decided I had enough uploading to StarEdit.net for one day. If you really really need those programs they are on StarCraft.org anyway, but I'm planning to upload the rest here maybe next weekend just to make the modding tools section complete here.

What's the problem with ads?
"Oh teh noes, a single small-signature-sized banner at the bottom of the page that helps pay for the site that I love so much! I'd rather have it be necesary that all the money used to keep the site up comes from our(members, mods, admins) pockets then from people that buy ad-space!!"

not if the ad's were put at the verry bottom of the page, but just above the paypal donate button. and if there was an option for users to hoave the guest skin, the people that really want to help staredit could use it to help out.

lol, Beer so hopeless. If the attached mods are .exes just run them like any other file.

If they're MPQs follow the steps in the Tutorial, Chapter III on running a patched .mpq.

Can I just say again that I love the modding section? I've been visiting those forums five times a day, it's so cool just to come here and always have a question to answer or something to respond to. Thank you thank you Yoshi and whoever else was a part of this, it's the best thing that's ever happened to SEN! (in my opinion that is...)
