The truth of this hurts me.

Mp)3 used to be one of my best friends, then he came to SEN. After SEN, he became very popular with his maps...and then achived the Über tag. To me, it seems, that tag and the popularity has gone to your head.To some people you're the next Tuxedo-Templar. Hell, maybe you are, but I haven't seen Tux once shout out his own have people look upon him as a beacon. He, like you were, is one of my friends. I just wish you'd treat everyone else the same way.

First of all, Tux is by far, way beyond anything I'm capable of. Saying that I might become him is to say what is nearly impossible. Believe me, there are tons and tons of other people out there who are much more capable than I am in the SC map making and modding world, and you know it. (U)Bolt_Head, qPirateKing, Heimdal, are just a small few. There are so many people out there in our community that I've always looked up to, and still do, Tux possibly one of the most since I've heard of him.

True. I crave attention. I always have. Chances are, always will. But just because I do, does not mean that I'm unable to treat others with the respect they deserve, and you know that. ERPG came out long before SEN; and, yes, I simply asked for the "Uber" tag and got it, when so many others did too and were continually denied. But very simply, maybe -- possibly, could I have worked for it? The first ERPG took months to finish, and back then, there was no popularity factor at all, it was just map making. Then 1 - 2 came out, which was the scheduled follow-up for it. I don't know; it may seem selfish, it may seem completely greedy, arragont, obnoxious, and self-centered, but possibly; others saw that I deserved it, that possibly those long months of work put into a decent map to some people's opinions should be rewarded. That maybe that when you ask, and that they know that you worked for it and possibly deserve it that they just give it to you. But in the same sense, that degrades me to a level to the point where I can never be better than Tuxedo-Templar, or (U)Bolt_Head, or Heimdal, or whoever else that may not have mentioned themselves for the glory.

Know this, or read this, if you don't want to bother reading anything else:
You've told me what you felt when I got that kind of status. I wanted you to understand, Rexy. If you still feel that way, and if I'm still unable to explain to you and make you understand; then perhaps that friendship isn't exactly worth having until we can at least see each other's heads.

3, I think you're just as good as the people you've mentioned. But then again there are a lot of great unknown map makers out there who are that good as well. You just happen to be better known than them, and if map making became some sort of widely known spectacle I believe you'd be a household name. Everyone deep down enjoys popularity, so enjoy it while you can.

i still say do the avarian chronicles being it had that system and all. Just fix it to use a dropship or something instead of having to go to your units to choose.
