I think that this would be good to use if someone just massively OD-ed on drugs or someone who is terminally ill with a virus. Although I don't know if viruses only live in your blood, or they live in other parts of your body as well. You could replace their blood and they would be ok.

This sucks. If something is dead it should die. It just means it was it's time to go and Fate is still functioning correctly. (Fate is capitalized on purpose, I'll let you figure out why.)

If we start reviving people, it might help determine the cause of deaths, but people will use this maliciously and constantly revive themselves after premature natural death.

End result? Idiots live longer than they should. This is a good enough reason to stop this. No I'm not gonna pull any "bad morals" bullshit. This was done under good morale not bad.

Eh? And why not? I don't think anybody is going to go gravedigging to bring backa love one who died in the year 1826. We are talking recent deaths.(i.e. a kid dies on a bike. His family affords the "process" and bring him back) Why can't scientists do that?

The process is pretty much like this, the doctors freeze someone about to die (and they are technically dead because nothing is moving) and then put them in a safer area or a hospital and unfreeze them. You can't freeze a corpse, move it to a hospital, unfreeze it, and suddenly make it come alive.

Well if you don't want that to happen then I suggest READING the article, trust me, it will stop any of this from happening.

Hmm, reviving humans would be odd, but I don't know if you and yourself can see through the body and brought with a second life, it could be another soul and say "Wtf am I doing in this body?!?" If the war people (Like me) would just get a revive, but might keep the flesh wound. So any person died with a headshot, of course they can't have a second life.

Wow thats crazy...But can't they kinda revive humans? like when ur in the hospital and then u start flatlining so they use those shocker things and it brings u back to life doesnt it? what they did with those dogs, if managed to work on humans could be great, but maybe bad too. Lets say a young kid dies that sucks right, cuz he/she is young, but then they might be able to bring em back to life...But im sure there could also be screw ups and people could come back to life with half the brain they had before... but theres risks in everything in life so watever...

hmmm. Everything thing is possible. And if there ever was a walking dead plague, it would be a virus created by anything that has a negative contact. Or even in the years to come a spaceborn virus similiar to a zombie outbreak would hit earth. You never know, if it does happen and happens in like 100 years. Whats so bad about it when we have the technology to eliminate it in a day.

They have already been performing this technique on humans during brain surgery to keep them alive while they operate, only not as extreme as this whole 'zombie' dogs thing.

What they do is pack the person's head with ice and other coolants until their brain temperature reaches 7C, just like in that article. Then the surgeons aren't rushed and have more time to operate, as normally they only have 6-8 minutes before the brain dies without oxygen.

That article looks like lazy journalism to me.

People still don't seem to be getting how the process works, the article has a horrible name, and so does this topic. -_-
