I love the new RPGish type game, looking forward to destroying people haha. But I must say that 5% is a bit annoying

I have a question: Apparently you can attack (and possibly kill) other people's units without their consent to the battle... Am I missing something?

ya just attack away, anyway its really hard to kill anything (if its like koc) in the beggining until yo have played it for a loong time.
