Um, actually, he spends a pretty good deal of time on them, and he uses brushes, which pretty much invalidate your point, it doesn't take much skill to make a brush.

Wow, Wilhelm you totally blew up at them...
Anyway, i give it a 4/10 because its nothing good, its just some cliffs, there is a noticeable horizontal line on the left side where the high dirt is, look closely, and fix.. still nothing special.
Here is a pic of fixable blockiness i saw.. there is more blockiness but im not so sure if its possible to fix..

look REALLY closely, put your face 1 1/2 inches away from the screen and you should see it.
