It had to do with some regular guy cutting a wrong wire and consequently shutting off power to half of Los Angeles. Simple as that.

I heard about some kind of terrorist activity, but it wasn't in California. Well, I dont think it was. I get off of work at 1 in the morning, and anything that I hear goes in one ear and out the other. Lol
