I, too, think that warn levels should reduce by proving yourself, or just wear off with time.
In many instances, even the best of us use warn level to indicate a 'problem' with the person in question.
It's just like a criminal record of ure permanent record (is that a myth?), if you did it once, then it can be used against you later.

Oh, what ever happened to having them fix the problem before giving them a warn level increase, especially if they are online? Changing a sig takes moments, and avatar images can be blank until a new one is found.

I might give them a chance depending on how big it is. If they're using 800x300 sigs and 300kb avatars, then I'm not showing mercy.

Wrong. I banned lil-shorty, and it was not for anything done in the channel.
EDIT: Hi shorty. I ran the little IP checks and whatever it is I do. You can stay on the account you have now. Just don't do anything else.

On some fourms they have so after you get suspened your on "ZT" Zero Tolerance, meaning you can't do something wrong ever again.
Also moose what if I try to make a funny joke that is sort of spam but it's really funny (AKA FireKame's "NO MODS ARE ONLINE BURN THE PLACE DOWN!!") and I did it all for good fun, but I get warned and suspened for a week because something from a year ago is still hanuting me.

Ultimo, she means that you can't determine if someone is telling the truth about their gender, so it's easy to assume they're neuter, neither male nor female, just a person that produces some text. Personally, I'm proud of my warn level. 20%, woo. Of course, I was fined some minerals (500 or so), and my warn level was decreased. Still, I honestly don't mind having a 20% warn level (most of which comes from being way too cool anyways).
