yeah in that case terrain use the high cliff or the water cliff

or if u want to still hav enemies walk on un-creeped(new word) part, then use rocky ground, ruins, temple

It doesn't work for me...

creep wont go over 2 tiles of non-buildible terrain but it can go over 1
this is the same thing as fog of war if your walking by a cliff you can see a little above the cliff...

ok yeah the problem was I was only doing one row, apparently you need 2 for the creep to actually stop.
