One word to disprove evolution:
Entropy.
Entropy: Inevitable and steady deterioration of a system or society.
That states that left alone, matter will go to chaos. Everything would have to go right for evolution to work, but entropy and 'Murphy's Law' says otherwise. Everything that CAN go wrong WILL go wrong. There's just too many places where evolution could falter, like the transfer of asexual to not asexual (sorry brain fart cant find word). What would produce the need for it, and HOW would they go about changing.

You claim that we're so "lucky" that earth is just right for humans, consider this: humans evolved on earth, adapting to earth's environment, claiming that life simply couldn't occur in other conditions is simply wrong. There isn't any luck involved in only species that can survive the climate surviving.
The Pope himself recently said that intelligent design is not science.
-Why did it explode?
it could have been anything. Who knows.
-how the hell do you find out how hold the universe is from seeing how far away galixies are?
Because light only travels at 299 billion mph, so it takes it a long time to go places.

I thought entropy was just a concept found in chemistry. i.e. Reactions will always (under standard conditions) be spontaneous in the direction with a more positive entropy change. Entropy itself is just a measure of disorder.
I don't know how it relates to evolution at all.
It's the old "Evolution contradicts the Second Law of Thermodynamics" argument. It's proof that those who think they understand evolution really does not.
Someone who thinks it does contradict it, please give me your definition of the Second Law.
My ass evolved from teh dinosaurs!

if so there should be life on other planets not only earth. since all of them were created the same way. wouldnt other organisms evolve from the superheated rock and gasses? shouldnt the other organisms adapt to the environment?
If evolution true, what created the original organism? What created the elements of that organism? What created those elements, and so on?
I could ask you the same question on whatever idea you have. However, evolution does not need to explain the origin of life. Simply because we don't know the beginning does not mean we don't know the process.
The term evolution doesnt contradict religion until it states, "Evolution created life without a supreme being." Religion doesn't contradict Evolution as long as it stays "just an existance of a supreme being(s)." What many scientists recognize is the growth and adaptation of organism to a certain nature. For example, the growth of sixth finger due to requirement for more fingers can be the result of evolution.
To answer HolySin's question, the life CAN occur spontaneously. I think I stated this in my previous posts that if there is chance, then it can happen. It did happen and we are here. It was a coincidence, not a plan. Im again contradicting many religious people here when i say this. But I have no proof besides some other observations and quotes from other scientists, but it is most accurate scientific picture i can give you.

That is only suggestions from scientists that there are extraterristial organisms in space. But this is what i will tell you. Humans, us, are lucky to be placed in a such a great condition than other organisms that may as well be suffering right now. We were lucky to even have great condition to live in. This is why we developed here on Earth other than Mars or something; we adapt to the nature and make it our own by heightening the percentage we can survive.

True. But will you tell me where does it say in Bible we need Popes in the first place? I really dont think Pope should be there is the first place. Therefore, Pope isn't a good leader and can't say anything really effective to christian community other than give blessings to old people.
To Kow's reply for Entropy:
I don't think that entropy is a great example. It is a dogmatic subject to begin with. any proof? I don't think so. Also, evolution is quite a truthful theory accepted throughout the scientific community. Lets take examples of current evolutions. Many animal species are dying out due to human disasters. Poops and garbage around the corner is making many species extinct: one example of natural selection. Weak species of animals are becoming extinct because they can't survive the environment.
Ill write more tomorrow... Im tired and i need to do my homework on reading up with the worst book in the world, Pride and Prejudice... QUOTE

i dont think human interference should be within natural selection. i dont even believe in natural selection but humans tend to screw up with the balance of nature. man of the reasons animals are being extinct is because we are destroying the food chain. no food means no animals. its not because they cannot adapt fast enough. also hunting is destroying a lot.
Humans came from Apes, and Apes, came from their ansestor then to a reptile.
If humans evolved from apes, why are there still apes around? (Sorry if this argument has been presented before)
Assuming we did evolve from apes (which we didn't, but that's irrelevant), why can't apes still be around?
cuz they shouldve evolved too right?
Why can't it have been:
Apes --> Human (Environment 1)
|
V
Apes (Environment 2)
becuz that isnt really evolving.....unless apes 1 were very unfit for living
Not really evolving? I must be mistaken! What is the definition of evolution?
that IS evolution, they split up and one group adapted and changed
well when you evolve, you become something better
and apes aren't that great...compared to humans
they should've gone our way (in ur little chart)
Look.
Apes lived here.
Nothing in these ape's lives made them NEED to adapt, so they didn't.
Apes that became humans lived here.
Conditions would have forced these apes into extinction, so they changed into Humans to survive.
now explain why there are humans where apes live
the humans and apes both lived in the same area at the same time therefore it has nothing to do environment.
