Because the coding on this website is extremely poor and caters toward non-standerds compliant web browsers (Such as intenet explor) and thus doesn't work properly on any of the good, standerds compliant, properly coded browsers. Hopefully whoever runs this site will fix it soon.
ADDITION:
But luckily, unlike IE, firefox has a solution for everything. I can click one little button on the status-bar to temporarily switch over to the IE engine for rendering farked up code with! (Like the attachments) hurray

It wasn't exactly helpful because due to our experience to modifying units health/stats we probably know the default information about them.

Not the cooldown and speed, and still, it's pretty informative. I never knew so many units had a normal atttack -_-
