I think if u have a sound program with filter extra, u could filter that damn static out, but, yeah, a 'few' scratches will be ok, ever think of re-recording it?
Bad idea for re-recording it, the sound quality will decrease and the wave would sounds like static or blurry, not clearly, etc. Like what I said everybody must of have a Sound Recorder on their computers already when they buy. StartMenu>Programs>Accessories>Entertainment>Sound Recorder. Use it, its a simple program to use.

I WON THE RAFFLE...
lol, but, i checked, it only mutes the sound effects...
It mutes sound effects, but does not mute music. However, the music's volume is lower and if your sound is loud enough, it will drown out the game's music (provided the player has the music set at a fairly low setting).

Ummm... I didnt mean recording the current music... I meant rerecording the sound/music FROM SCRATCH.. And Doodan (like always) is right.

Have you tried it?
I've used it before and heard no echo...
And hyper triggers don't effect how quickly things happen in a single trigger, unless you use waits in the trigger. But you shouldn't use waits while trying to play a sound twice at the same time.
Same here, but I usually use the mute trigger in my games

Trigger
Description:
Music Trigger
Players:
¤ Player #
Conditions:
¤ Contidtions Wanted
Actions:
¤ Mute Unit Sound
¤ Play .wav 'sound'
¤ Play .wav 'sound'
Add hyper triggers, and there will be a small echo, i think this would be the ultimate solution to ur problem.

Actually it still slightly echos if you do that. Seriously.

Well it seemed to work for me in briefings, meh.

There's an option in game. Or make sure when you make the map the .wav file is loud.

Red2blue is right, there is a echo. And Rantent, there is no echo in mission briefings because there are barely any things to translate from computers.

Hmm. Is there any way to have two audio files play at once at the same time for the same player? Perhaps force triggers?
