A similar thing happens to me. 
My keyboard is broke. And once I threw my phone at the wall and now the only thing holding it together is its case.

iam not that idiotic. i just turn my comp off and start it over if it freezes or doesnt load. and if it doesnt do it the second time, i'll just sell it to my neighbor for false statistics. like 2x the price i bought for.
