Well, I dont have cable which has made me realize how pathedic everyone else I know is. Its not quite pathedic that they watdch 5 hours or more, its the fact they don't realise that its kinda pathedic.

I watch aobut 1-2 hours every week. I usually watch a series on Monday for 1 hour then the other hour is when I have nothing to do so I watch. This is only on weekends though, weekdays I only watch that 1 hour.

You don't think that the fact the watch tv 5+ hours a day is pathetic.
Yet you find them pathetic because you think that they should think it is.

There are only like 10 things on TV I like.
Mythbusters, Dirty Jobs, Deadliest Catch, Family Guy, CSI, History Channel random shiz, UFC, TRL (j/k), Sports (Football, LAX, Baseball), Random Spike TV shiz.
Usually around 3 hours if it's thursday, 2 if sunday, and around 1 every other day.
Not counting the sleep timer for when I go to bed.

I would say the 6 hours and 25 minutes of TV is either ridiculous high, but true or simply wrong.
I watch TV not often. And when I do, I watch less than 30 minutes because I prefer to read books than watch TVs.

I really enjoy watching TV when I do, mind you I only watch interesting shows (Adult Swim, Fox Humor, Comedy Central). However I only watch around 1 hour or 30 minutes a week, I actually haven't watched TV this entire week. I have around 400 channels or something... what a waste. (I piggy back Satelite off my friend.)
