I don't mind that at all.
No brushes, filters, pictures, renders that were not made by you.
You cannot render an image that you did not create yourself.
Multiple programs may be used, including 3D programs.
Text not required.
Due next saturday (I'm busy this week, I'll have to do it this Friday or so).
Anything I missed?
Oh, and no blatant use of tutorials to achieve a great effect. You can use something you learned from them, but don't make it the same.
