I think there should be a rule against doing this
"-Name" crap. Isn't that what a signature is for? We know who you are already...
Anyway, why not just 'General off-topic' ? Null just calls for spam. That name kills people wanting to create threads, "Hey, I just grew three inches lols!"

I think the name should be something as simple as garbage or null; I think we should name it something more ambigious like "The Bar" or "RAWRZ^_^;;! Monster Residence"
then new members would go like "What the hell is this place?" then they would have to read what the forum is about and what it is not.
If new members are too lazy to read a few sentences of what the forum is then they really shouldn't be there in the first place, that's just my opinion though.

Null seems more fitting then something like random or garbage. Null seems more computeristic if you know what I mean. I think we should keep the name the way it is! No change is necessary.
