He's a retard for many reasons:
-Actually making a movie.
-Complaining about something that he has little experience with.
-Supplying the reasons against the DS and for the PSP.
-The way he looks and sounds (This guy seems like he has some slight down-syndrome).
-Creates a stupid aura, I have to either minimize or turn my screen and lower the volume of my speakers.
-Probably lives with his mom.
-He points out the most obvious things for his arguements.

He released that yesterday. Which was a bad move, it'd be better if he looked retarded talking about the DS. At least that was entertaining.
