I don't study and I get bad grades; but I can say, at least for me, that they are unrelated. Bad grades = lazy and don't do work.
Test scores usually 80-100%; mostly 100.

in america... tests are way too easy. you should see korean/japanese tests.
although its like a play ground...
you'll only be able to make a community college if you dont study... XD

Gah! I'll tell you guys about Korea/Japan. In Korea, if you get let's say 1st place in class, that's nice, but if you drop from 1st place to 10th place you get hit with a pole 10 times. Teachers are often the most feared figures in an average teenager's life. In Japan, they hit students who are late. In America it's just sort of like, "I can be a total jerk if I want to because my life is unfair, omfg you tapped my head! I'll have the cops on you." "Oh I'm so sorry, don't call the cops, here let me tell you all the answers to the test that I am going to give you in two minutes, have a cookie."

I ace every test without studying...

So why study?

I have never studied for a thing in my life, and I always get high test grades. It's the homework that kills me.

I was failing Math, English, and Health (health, of all things), and got A's on every single final, pulling them all up to D's.

No studying.

It is, like stated above, the homework I don't do that kills me.

i think you overstated their corporal punishment.

that has nothing to do with test scores.

I study for certain subjects... For example: Math is easy. There is no possible way to study for it. However, in Social Studies, our teacher makes us copy notes, which doesn't soak in at all. Therefore, there is a need to study.

I get all A's in all my subjects tongue.gif

My projected final grades:
Driver's Ed: A
Gym: A- (because I don't do anything)
Pre-Calc H: A
US History 1-1: A/A-
Spanish 4H: B (because participation is 40% and I don't participate)
English 2-1: B (because my teacher can't grade correctly)
Electronics 1: A/A+
Biology H: A/A-

I hate languages ><.

But no, I don't study. Maybe when there's a vocab test, I look over the words for 2 mins before the test starts, but that's about it.

I envy you who don't need to study because of good memory. The 'nice' thing is, my teachers usually put something somewhere that we can't get except from a textbook, so I can't ace the test without it being classified as studying. And I can't memorize a page of french words from looking at them a few times; studying required.

I will get back to you as soon as possible to see how I do, if I fail or what not. I hope nut but I bet I will only because Studying is gay, lol angry.gif

I find it surprising how people are satisfied with low 80's or high 70's... Anything under a 90 for me is terrible.
Report, edit, etc...Posted by Mp)7-7 on 2006-06-14 at 17:08:10
I took the exam today ad stayed after to see what my grade was, I got a 65 on it, there were 120 questions on it. Which means that I got 78 questions right, using my inteligent math skillz! So, no studying did not help me! Like I said before
Report, edit, etc...Posted by Killer_Kow(MM) on 2006-06-14 at 17:11:28

1. That's certainly great coming from you, considering the fact that you were the person who thought that since you got one hole in your shirt, that all products from China were cheaply made.

2. What happened 30 years ago is still affecting the attitudes of students in Korea today.

3. Corporal Punishment improves test results. I would say that's a pretty close connection.

4. You just recently moved to Korea, so don't just suddenly act as though you know more about Korea's culture than I do just because you touched the land there.

Edit: Studying Studying Studying.

I am trying to figure out what this has to do with studying! You did use student once in that post, so that gives it a connection to school, but nothing about studying!
