I am extremely afraid of death due to i believe that once we die, we either stay dead, or we dream in a non existing living world of being in a new life.

No, i'm not afraid of death

it really depends on the terms of dying coz u may not be afraid to be dead but im sure as hell sure if somebody has a gun to your head or whatever then you'll really be scared so technically yes im scared of death. as for wondering what they will do when i die, i dont care really, im dead i dont feel anything and if they think ive gone to heaven then theyll think that im looking down on them so if im not feeling anything and im looking down on them why miss me. im more interested in my funeral. however wrong it is i want rap to be played at my funeral as u can see by my sig and avatar i like rap but its not coz its the music i like i feel the songs that id want to play could you know help them accept that im god not the whole brap brap crap stuff like Tupac - Ghetto Gospel or Eminem - When Im Gone so yeah i think itd be good for my funeral as for how they get rid of my body i dont care either way im dead burn me, bury me or send me out to sea i do not care

I'm not afraid of dieing. I just wouldn't want to die in a way like the characters of Saw did.

Why would you befraid of death. Have you considered the following...

1)If you were scared of death why are you living then?
2) your lucky humans have long lifespans of 60-100. Imagine if you were a worm! They live for 1 week.
3)Even if you are scared make the most of it. Then scare your pants off when your about to die.

1) People who are scared of death dont want to die, people that arent afraid of death wants to die
2) Not all humans live from 60-100. Babies can live for only 1 day and die. People with HIV/AIDS have only 5 more years to live after they got the Virus
3) Why would we be scared when we dont know when we die? We can just die in our sleep from natural death or just get hit by a car out of no where and land on our head and die.

1) That sentanced answered itself.
2)Thats the average lifespan I was using. As for Viruses and diseases you still have some time to live. As for aids its self explanitory.
3)Another answered sentance but the people who are afraid of death are the ones who hate themselves or have no clue whats going on. As we all know. Death can not be stopped. There is no medicine. There is no machine. There is no Terran Medic. The day we are born death starts. The hourglass begins but as I said make the most of your life. Don't go into places saying such garbage.

The way I see it is that I'm alive until I'm dead. And it won't matter when I'm dead.

If your afraid of death, you want to live and ur not emo

If you arent afraid of death, you want do die NOW! and ur emo (SLIT SLIT!)

Or better yet, there's more than two combinations. How about you expand your imagination.

Ok the last sentance did't answer anything. "I Don't want die in certain ways I think its u that has no clue". Once again I was Pointing out that death is just something that will happen end of story. Not a clueless thing. As the others said "the most natural thing to happen". And no im not EMO or Cult.

bleh i think it made sense u said that if ur afraid of death you hate your life. im afraid of hat may be my cause of death. For example i dont want to be shot, stabbed, ran over or something bad like that to happen i WANT to die normally with minimal pain. so yes im afraid of death but no i dont hate my life

aha caught you . you can't say you dont want die by other means noted because thats random. What if one day you step out of your house and someone has a sniper rifle from a yard away, or you get stabbed in a store. Yes I know you don't want those things but you can't fully depend on just one thing. Yes it could happen to anyone but that doesnt mean it can't happen to you!

Im not afraid of death... Death happens all the time is the way of life... Being born will sooner or later result to you dieign at some point in ya little life..

Death is death, when I die it will just be nothing, while I am alive It wont be nothing.
To be afraid of death is to be afraid of nothing.

Purpose of life:
While you live you aim to do things that please you.

Why do people sacrifice themselves honorably? Because the idea of doing something noble pleases them. Maybe they aren't pleased simply by the honor, but they may be pleased by the knowledge that something they care for is going to be saved. Everything about life revolves around pleasure. I am probably gaining pleasure by posting this, you may be getting pleasure by disproving my ideas, either way you can't escape it. As humans we absolutely detest things that do not please us, things that please us is different in all of us. For example, a mass murderer must get pleasure from killing, however, others do not want people they care for to be killed therefore they hate the murderers. Somewhere else a man gains knowledge of the murder. He hates murder because he realizes the displeasure it gives to others, and he gets pleasure from knowing that others have pleasure. He also hates the murderer. It all revolves around pleasure and displeasure. People hate death because they have been taught all their lives that it doesn't feel good, it doesn't bring pleasure. Even if they learn later that death is not something to fear, they still fear it because what they have orginally learned still has an impression on them.

Don't think about it too hard untill you are older. For now you go to work, say hi to Bill, file cabinets, go home, laugh at funny programs, chat online, sleep, repeat. After all this is just a website.

Not true, I am afraid of death and I want to live. Im not afraid to live.
Being afraid of death and afraid of living is like an oxymoron.
