No, you would still feel fautige from lack of energy, you just wouldn't get sleepy.

Sleep fatigue and physical fatigues are different. If you've been up 2 days straight, you'd know what i mean.

I also think you guys should read a little more carefully and answer it right. ( It actually means taking a little time to THINK! )
