I like it DEAD. Your 3d Building terrain is awsome like in GTA Classic. I like how the way you do it allows you to add things at the bottom.

personally, the color is what stops it from looking like a police station. rather the 'windows' and pale grey color make it look like an apartment building.

Nice work, i'd give it 8/10 the only way i could think of improving it is make more like, a variaty of buildings. And theres some blue stuff on the roof gj
