I downloaded it, but now it asks for some kind of a runtime, which I didn't find in the page.. or else I didn't look for it very well.
I got one huge question, most likely tons but here they are.
1. What's the best option for filling an image (a background), I mean.. use patterns or a brush...
2. How do you make it like.. there's this background and there's this image and they both seem like with different effects that I just can't add them witout affecting the other one?, or do you work like in two different documents and then paste it?
3. How do I add dialog globes?

2. Yes, Set them as different layers, this will allow you to have some affects for one layer and other for the other without changing them to the same affects.

oh cool and what about the dialog globes? if you don't get it wath this.
I made that with an oval and poligonal shapes in paint. i know there's a few programs that do it just like MS Word though.

There's no built in function, you'll just have to create it yourself like in Paint. You can make a circle with the circle selection tool and a line by clicking somewhere and then holding shift and clicking somewhere else with one of the drawing tools.

And yeah i've found some interesting tutorials and i think that now i know basics i would still not make a very good signature but i need practice that's all.
