Hyper triggers speed up ALL triggers owned by EVERYONE. The exact reasons as to why, you do not need to know.

Just follow this tutorial: http://www.staredit.net/index.php?tutorial=49

Do I just put in "Always." for conditions?

Yes.

So I put for Player 8, who has no wait triggers:

Always.

Wait for 0 milleseconds...etc...
Preserve Trigger.

And that's it?

ADDITION:
And in the tutorial it says to repeat that trigger 3 times...

I usually repeat it 5 times, just in case, and you didn't answer my questions, which would only help though if you want all the triggers written out for you.

I also usually delete another one, and put in a comment, that way you don't take up an awful lot of space.

There's no such thing as "just in case" for hyper triggers. The only difference is that if you have a map running more than 5 hours, use 4 hypers. Otherwise use 3.

Laser, sure.

ADDITION:
N/m, don't need it.
