Re-did my picture. Looks a million times better and is really easy if you set up right.

This took 9 minutes(slightly longer), but I'd say its worth the trade for the better looks.
how to make this cliff in 9 minutes:
1) Put out all of the tiles used in making the cliff before hand and organize them like this:[attachmentid=20955]
(or if you lazy download the map at the bottom of the screen)
2) Open the map your working on using SCMD2(newest version or this won't work)
3) Open the map you organized the cliff tiles in.
4) Copy the desired section of cliff
5) Click; windows -> (name of the map your working on)
6) Paste the the copied cliff at desired location.
7) Repeat steps 3-6 in order until you are finished.
8) Save and close only the map you are working on, then close, DONT SAVE, the organized cliff tiles map.
My cliff organization map:

when i try and dl it makes a new internet explorer window with some messed up code in it, no dl though?

You have to right click, 'Save Target As...', and go in the drop-down box, select 'All files', and save it as a .scx file.

If you want to dl the map make sure to right click and 'save as...' or it will just open a new window with code. I hope that helped everyone.
ADDITION:
Another tid bit of info you might want to know, is that the copy and paste tool is its own layer, not part of the terrain layer. So when you want to copy and paste, do the drop down that is like:
