A forum and DLDB category would pose about the same difficulty for anyone to get into. The idea of the graveyard IS to let anyone who wants the map to have it. I suppose you could go "who wants to finish this" and PM people the map if you really wanted to.
Recommend and Review showed how much people care for each others maps.
i didn't express myself properly. i was thinking that it'd be better 'security*' in the forums because it could be watched much more easily. not to mention that the author would receive notices and comments much more easily.
*security as in knowing who dled it
of course, the 'security' is jsut a personal preference. i don't mind people using my things jsut as long as they tell me they do.
Tried this idea awhile ago. Got only a few posts before it died. But I dunno. You might have better luck.
I have tons of dead crap lying around. A lot of them are good maps, certainly. Even got an A&O functionality prototype, but I'm still not sure if I'd post it publicly as it has a lot of ideas I was meaning to use for myself. Probably would anyway, though.

There's nothing to say, just maps to post. Hence, a DLDB category I have an idea.
Security wise, just dont attach the map. When people reply they have to convince you that theyre the best one for the job to finish the map, and youll PM it to them. I like that idea better, competition always spices up the forums. (Except the writing forum ofcourse. v.v)
