Ai ya!!!! I wouldn't recommend ixwebhosting.com , from personal experiance.
My friend got the $3.95 per month plan, bad support and bad uptime. Even got suspended for "ToS Violation", which is a lie from me and my friend's stand point.
Their a bunch of oversellers.
If you plan to use around 5gb of space and at least 50gb of bandwidth, I suggest a more reliable host.

Captain, It's possible... All depends, How much you contribute to the site.
For example , if you were to be a site admin, email is instantaneous, Forum mod possible, SC Guy probobly cause one of my friends is one and has an email address...
I currently cant go on the computer all the time cause of my grades, but I'm trying to convince my dad for my website, In a week or so I'll probobly have all staff positions mapped out.
