Well, first of all, you don't have to make a script. There's a nice utility called "Cain"...

Second of all, he only gave it to me. It's not like he was being a jackass and going all out, I'm one of the only people (if the the only person) who knew about him hacking into SEN at the time he was planning/doing it.

And finally, if your password was above 7 characters, you're fine.

I'm pretty sure IPB stores it using MD5 and possibly other encryption methods, the only way he could use them is if he had the database password as well.
