But sadly, out of all the people at SEN choosing 3 to have a DLDB keeper position is a tough choice since 99% is just dumb. So I guess out of everyone Merrell was the slightest bit qualified to be one of the three.

Yes, we volunteered... For one reason, to get picked and have a good job to do for the SEN community, give us ATLEAST a month to see how we do our jobs, then you can criticize us.

I would like to bring this to the attention of all SEN.

Apparently, it is okay for Zombie, who just likes to write one sentanced replies half of the time, and likes to flame people, to completely degrade Euro. Who just happens to be of the Jewish religion.

Apparently, I'm such a "Big Flamer" for pointing out fallacies within Zombie's post, and defending Euro's right to practice Judaism. So Chu figured that I deserved a four-day suspension for doing so.

I believe that Chu has gone to far in my suspension. A day would seem reasonable (Even when I didn't flame) But four? For defending someones right to practice a religion and to defend him from the followers of Neo-Nazism? (Euro didn't use a very good and tactical way to do it though, either)

So. When Chu can show PLAUSIBLE evidence that I am a "Big Flamer" as he claims, I will rest easy. But when Zombie can DEGRADE someone and not get a 4 day suspension, it really urks me. Especially when I have prooven he deserved it more than I did in the above quotes.

Whatever happend I'm sure Chu was justified in his actions and acted fairly, whatever happened to you, you deserved.

I for one don't think the justice of SEN is failing, it's actually finally getting to the point where action is being taken after a long period of rulebreaking and such.

There's a word I like to call "agree" and that is what I did with DTBK.

Funny thing is that nobody really gave a caek until I made an entire thread about it.

What I see here is a forum governed by vague opinions of the mods. Though most could be correct, the only sure way to govern is by having direct rules. Of course nobody would work themselves to invent them, so governing by opinions has to stay.

Ezday, if I were on SD, I believe both should be punished, possibly more on Zombie because he attacks more and he started the instigation.

As a mod, it's hard for me to just determine what decisions to do. An outline of what we should do in certain situations would be easier, but Yoshi left us with "If it's STUPID, DON'T do it!". I was one of the first to question the credibility of the justice system in these forums as well.
