i mean after i did frenzy kill, like i lose but however, it said i cant enter car switch weapons even though i lost... it said Frenzy Failed

There is no way KF can affect enter/exit command 
This happens every time you do any KF? Looks like it's some kind of mayor glitch in the v.0.9.5 beta. Hope it isn't in the release version. At least I didn't get any bug after KF time run out.

are you serious frenzy kill doesnt effect entering / exiting cars.. really i thought it did so it is harder.. becuase i couldnt enter or exit car at all it was that one with the marine and killing 15 cops..

It affects only weapon change. You must stay on KF's weapon. And drive-overs doesn't count. Also cops shot by tank doesn't count, I hope

Well FK on the top left didnt work for me.. Maybe i had to loose the cops. Meh im going to go watch a movie 
cant right now maybe i can if i post back anytime soon then i can if i dont that means i just went to the movie.. XD gonna watch harry potter int he morning lol haha. Well im also downloading harry potter atm dont know why im watching it at the movie though..

. hmm maybe i did something else to bug FK.... that means there is a bug somewhere and i noticed you cant win FK without ups XD and you have to keep healing a lot.. i think while doing FK there should be more cops or more citizen or something like that.

I could add casino with slot machines. It would take 0 locations and would be fun. Yet there is 1 problem, where and how the casino would be?

I was just looking at the screenshots, I like the city-like look of the terrain. Everything else seems to be fitting in quite well too. Good luck with this map.
