Second Clan are not for "Join my clan so you don't join thier's".
Third what's this "half-a-year" rule you thought up. People aren't completely part of a clan and are unable to show point of view until you been in clan for "half-a-year".
Fourth- Rules? Hmm I don't think Bolt said anything about you are not a worthy member of the clan until you've been in clan for half a year.

some people are new to a clan. then something happens real bad and those members are like what the fark is going on....
then they try to help... but they dont know the history of both clans that much

If what you consider "real bad" is a crazy guy deciding to ban a clan from his channel... then I wonder what is just normal bad. I'm pretty sure something that would consider "real bad" for a clan is:
1. Clan leader get's arested for selling drugs, can't get on SC anymore
2. The clan bot gets bot's password gets guessed and the email adress the email was sent to was a a person who plays runescape (ie wrong email adress).
3. Blizzard decides that Starcraft doesn't amuse them anymore, so they decide to take it off server.
On my list does not include 'lunatic tagbanning'

Well i am. Gm's have to be able to rate. Even first class almost have ot know. they have to recruit and have to go by the same rating system. But not for points though.

dun dun dun! Slayer has restarted this great project over again!! yay, time to go Map Making crazy on this Oo movie! Will post up production once I get some of it done, which will be sometime. 
Good thing I started this because I have had alot of support in the past when I first started this, and I am going to take some of the people out in the first post because they are no longer in Clan Oo or they have quit StarCraft, or they are just never around.
But there is one person for sure that I will be keeping in my movie and this is my best friend Hynk. Wish you could still be here man.
