It seems a lot of USEAST clans are gettin back into the old warring buisness. Here's my policy dealing with loaders and spammers.
1. Tell the people who are loading to stop. "Stop loading us please"
2. When they don't care and continue, the next step is to Put on Clan Private and ban the suspect and the friends of them from the channel who come to see the load using a message such as, "Sorry, you can return when the load is gone."
3. once the person who is spamming/loading whispers you, keep your cool and respond with you'd be glad to let em back in when they stop. After a couple minutes of clan private, unclan private and the load or spam will be done.
This works. Do not try to ban the loaded bots or the spamming bots because the attacker LOVES to see lots and lots of bans and commands and struggles to keep the bots at bay. Clan Private stops it instantly.
Do not get mad and cuss out or make threats to the loaders/spammers. Most the time they are just testing their bots or are bored. If you put on clan private and ban them temporarily, it ruins their fun and they stop. A LOT of people who have loaded/spammed Oo have become my friend after attacking Oo because of how I handled their attack maturely and they respect that. Oo's got some good warring clans as allies such as clan vn, clan pwn, and clan bd.

I never knew you could do that with Oo points... then again I never saw any purpose whatsoever (when I was in the clan) to even collect those worthless things. I collected negative points during my time.
