Fully cloning a human to the point of it being of perfection, meaning that it's exactly like a normal human being, is far from the reach of our hands. There are so many things that can go wrong, that currently, it's just not possible.

I disagree its not very far off at all. i think pretty much since we cloned the sheep we got this human thing down if we only let them. also we can geneticly alter eye hair and skin tone. we pretty much end up with a race of blue eyed blond hair fair skinned prefections.
i believe cloneing should be allowed for the fact alone since its not just about makeing humans. we could bring back all those animimals which have become indangered and make hundreds of fish that grow bigger faster in a place which food had become scarce. in this world we are useing up resources every day and i for one believe cloning is the key to getting some of those resources back.

Cloning sucks, anyone seen 'The Island' ?? That movie is all about clones. The main characters are clones, who knows if in the future life would be like that. Even if I did have a clone, he would never be as good as me, never be me mutha f****
he will never like the same shows as me
he will never like the same food as me
he will never like the same games as me
he will never like www.staredit.net
he will never hate who i hate
he will never like who i like
he could never take me down in a fight
he could never tear my feelings
he could never fly
he could never have as much back up as me
he will never be me
you know why????
why....
I AM ME!
I AM ME

Actually all those things depend on how the clone is raised. and if his brain posses the "exact" makeup of yours would he in fact find all the same things appealing? i imagine he would at least enjoy the same food do to identical tastebuds... sorry for doublepost
