I hate to say it, but this isn't the United States of America. This is the United States of Yoshi. When you pressed "I agree with contract", you agree with all the terms with it. Forums can disable your freedom of speech as you want. Just because you entered a forum, does not entitle you the same rights as being a citiizen, because you are on PRIVATE PROPERTY.

The funny thing is that I discussed this issue with Yoshi a while ago and he was the one that removed Dr. Shotgun's avatar. This is HIS property therefore, whatever he says goes.

I'm just a tool that is programmed to follow what he says I should do.

Comparing an inanimate object such as a gun with Hitler is an absurd thing to do. If you had a gun or a pencil, do these things kill people? No, it's the PERSON who has the idea of murdering that uses them who does the crime. Hitler, as pointed out by Psycho, believed in racism.

I'm not sure how murdering 6 million people compares to disliking my avatar or pie. It's a large margin of difference if you ask me.

You know what, you guys can go outside and wave swastikas as much as you want. It wouldn't bother me because you are on public property, therefore you are entitled rights. If you come on these forums, you have signed a waiver that restricts your rights to what Yoshi thinks fit.

I don't know if you get a good laugh at waving symbols of hate and racism around, but that's not my cup of tea. Like I said before, my opinion does not matter. What Yoshi thinks does, because it's HIS property. If he doesn't like it, he can remove all he wants. He could ban every single person on SEN for no apparent reason, other than he "felt like it".

Let me remind everyone about a piece of the contract everyone signed before they joined these boards. Signing a contract means you accept being BOUND to the terms, whether you like it or not. If you breach the contract, you are entitled to punishment.

It isn't a democracy. Let's get that straight. Whoever is in charge OWNS this forum and we are bound by his rules. He wants to ban us all? He can, with no good reason. We can argue as much as we want, but it's HIS property.

I didn't ASK him to remove the avatar. Please stop making wild accusations. I asked him if he felt it would offend Christians and if so, it should be removed.

I think Yoshi is gone forever. He will come back one day, otherwise he would have closed the forums.

Yoshi has nothing agains Shotguns avatar. And it is how you said HE rules here not you so stop complaining and mind your own business instead of creeping around mods asking to remove my avatar. It does not actually hurt anyone. Everybody doesn't like certain stuff and thinks it is inadmissible. The one about speech was a freaking joke if you didn't get that already .

How would you know? Are you Yoshi? That's right, NO.

I don't care if you like your avatar or not. I don't care if I like it or not. I even don't care if I remove your avatar or not. What I'm asking is if it against the policies stated in the EULA or if the administration wants to me to, which is currently IP.

What do you know about hurting anyone? Are you everyone? Can you accurately say that EVERYONE is not offended by the picture? Stop overgeneralizing your statements with inaccurate statistics.

Like I said before, it's not whether I want to remove it or not. If it's AGAINST THE RULES, it has to be removed, without question.

There is a rather a blurry line of what is appropiate and what is not...
And while it's true that anyone get be honestly offended by anything...
Generally it becomes a problem when more than just one person is offended...

While history is history...
You have to honestly ask yourself if the only reason you have a hitler avatar is to actually be offensive and create drama. If the anwser is yes, then be mature and remove the avatar and text.

I think the hitler avatars that have different faces on em are funny, well it doesn't affend me.
