Yes, Heres How I Plan To Do It.
Say You Have Stove.
There Are 4 Varieties Of This Stove.
One Variety Will Have A Scourge Above It,
The Next One Will Have Another Unit Above It Etc.
Depending On The Unit And The Type Your Sim Will React Differently To It.
So 4 Useable Items, 1 Building.
P.s.: The Units Floating Above The Iteam Will Be Called, A, B, C, D
These Units Will Also Be Used On Other Items, And I Will Make A Guide To Provide The Different Combonations And Stats.
Ex. StoveA + Make Snack = +3 Hunger
StoveB + Make Snack = +5 Hunger
By The Way, Stoves Have 4 Options, Make Snack, Make Dinner, Make Quick Dinner, Serve Dinner, Or Breakfast, Or Lunch Depending On The Time Of Day, The Stove Is One Of The More Complicated Units, Due To Serving Dinner/Lunch/Breakfast, The Time Of Day, But... I've Already Got Most Of The Stove's Triggers Done.
Most Other Items Will Be A Peice Of Cake.
How Does The Sim Interact Will An Item?
Your Sim Has 5 Locations That Follow It Throughout The Game
1x1
2x2
4x4
8x8
16x16
The 2x2 Location Is Used To Detect When A Sim Is Close Enough To A Unit To Use It, The Sim Can Only Use An Item If Only
One Item Is Within The
4x4 Location.
Then, When You Get Close Enough To Interact With A Unit You Are Displayed With A Set Of Options That Look Like This.
Screenshot 1Earlier In The Game You Were Given A Zergling To Hotkey, You Select This Zergling And Click On The Minimap Location Corresponding To The Option.
Ex. Option On Middle Left Of Screen Click Most Middle Left Point On The
MinimapThen The Zergling Will Follow Your Click And Your Option Will Be Selected.
