I Gave nearly 7000 minerals to Legacy last thursday. I suggested that he could host a contest with it if he wanted. So thats where they all came from

Therefore there cannot be "loopholes" in the rules. If there aren't any, how can they be broken? And there really isn't a reason to take down names because you can submit as many maps as you want, Kenoli just has to get your map (which must be submitted to the DLDB in time) and your in.
