Mp isnt dying really tho it just is inactive because the members got other things to do like school n shiz but since I know someone is gonna say "Activity is key to a clan" ill just say that I know already but it isnt a big deal if were inactive

Speed joined by choice. Shorty was not in MP when shorty joined Oo. You badmouthed shorty as she quit which removed any chance she had to rejoin. Icy has been working really hard to join Oo, and was rejected for a while before getting in. I'm not out to get clan mp people, seriously. If a good mapmaker wants to join Oo, I'm not going to disallow it due to the fact they're in mp. Hey cloud, are you comparing me to dr.phil? Because that's totally cool!

oookkkk........ lets put it this wayhow about quit putting this on me only. you know there is another leader named Mp)Sniper and a co-leader named Mp)Jmoney.
mostly a leader is the supporter of the clan. from my point of view the members is what it makes it count. the members make the clan grow not the leader. members get more members, sort of like germs do you think? you dont need a leader germ to make more members other germs can do that.
so what im saying is that the members have a big part of this also.
its there choice that they want to be inactive.
i dont think there babies so they know how to recruit and bring more people.
im just here to provide the channel, the forums, seeing hows things going.
the rest is up to the members.

for one... im a different clan leader. letting the members to decide whether they should be treated like toddlers or let them do almost whatever they want with the rules applied.
if they need map making help then they should ask a member or 2nd choice SEN.
i believe thats what SEN is for, helping others and make maps don't you think?

Fixed.
Now i have ALOT of experience running a clan, 2 years it was co-leader of clan shu and the 1 year i was leader until i finally died out, the reason it ended up dying was because of a warring clan but thats another story. and i have to agree with you 100% Any Clan Leader and Ex-Clan leader will agree that it's the leaders responsibility to run the clan. BUT sometimes the leader can be over-worked. and needs a break, which is what co-leaders are their for.

Keep in mind that even though most of us live in a democratic republic society, clans are monarchies. The leader is the one to take all the fame or all the blame. The leader is the one to do all the work when the members fail to do their duties. I'd like to see that work. You can't force members to create a Congress and pass legislations. There is no executive branch, no judiciary branch. It's all under one person. This is why many times when a leader leaves without warning, the clan falls apart.

no your just doing it in a VERY hard way. have you ever heard of an election? my old clan was a council of 4 branch leaders. 2 leaders that leaded 2 branchs each and 1 leader that commander everyone. when a leader resigned. we let the regular members vote a new leader to replace them. ill give you a basic over view of how the branchs went.

If they decide to move to Oo that's their choice. No one pointed a gun at their heads. I can understand how minigame feels. It is very annoying when people start "recruiting" our members. However, tagbanning only limits the ability to have Oo pride in the channel. Isn't it just as easy to come back on a different account?
So, this is what we're going to do. Somebody with access will untagban Oo ( if it hasn't already been done so. I don't spend my time reading 4 pages of forum posts ). I will ask that members that leave please give an explanation so we can understand what has happened. You guys will stop arguing..........now.

We had a constiution, that had so many flaws. We could pass laws, with 3/5 of the senate and Leaders approval, and then if the leader disagreed we could counter it! Too bad Chaos made loopholes like pocket vetos. We couldn't beat those
