Outrageous spelling errors.

And if I was president I would have done everything in my power to prevent the war in Iraq and has the bad guy assassinated instead. I'm not sure exactly how that would make the national deficit worse.

Yes, becuase I can see that if it was another party in majority in government, people would be happier and maybe not call it corrupt, it was just how that elections came to be.

If it was a Democratic majority doing idiotic things I'd be just as critical.

What I'm saying is that there's an erosion of the tenets of the Constitution in relativity to the actions of the federal government. Maybe you agree with some of their ideas personally, as the whole religion-issue and government cross-section is a rather gray area, but senators and representatives pushing their own agendas (similar to that of the president's) isn't exactly what's supposed to happen. A small part of this is their pet projects in their home states, though those are generally beneficial to a number of people.

Let me provide an example: the President proposed an amendment to the Constitution that would expressly outlaw marriage of homosexual couples. Numerous congressmen, among them leaders such as Tom DeLay, Bill Frist, Rick Santorum, etc, supported this, largely due to their religious affiliations.

Great example.

Well what should the agenda be for government officials? Most topics they are covering our major headline current events. It could be they are addressing these issues based on pressure from the public?
Report, edit, etc...Posted by Arbitrary on 2006-02-13 at 00:32:40
I'd imagine some of them do really represent the wishes of the public, such as the senators/reps from the Northeastern states and some of the more vacant and dominantly conservative states (Wyoming, Utah, Montana). But, there remains the Christian (Santorum, DeLay, Frist, others) group that is in support of President Bush in large part because of his religious affilition, and at this point I can't see a lot of reason to support him on other policies, so they stick by that.

The government is given commands by the people through a medium of representitives. Some representitives have been known to go back on their word.
One who I can think of off the top of my head is Alaska's governor, he kept saying thigs that he would do to improve our status, while his opponent fought for what ought to be done about our several crisis in our state. Seeing how his offers looked more promising, he was elected. He then changed his stance, electing his neice to be a senator, and making plans such as the controversial "bridge to nowhere" which are pretty idiotic plans.

It's one thing to have guns and ammo, and even a few ingrediants for energetic materials. In the U.S. you can buy an SKS for $150 and 1000 rounds of FMJ 7.62x39 ammo for as little as $65. So the guns and ammo part arn't a problem here. Want an "off the books" rifle? Not a problem, The sportsmans guide has 8mm small ring Mausers that are antiques from Turkey that require NO PAPERWORK for $300 and shipped right to your door and Turk 8mm ammo is cheap and sure fire.

BUT, and there is always a but, do you know how to use them? Do you know what Small Unit Infantry Tactics are? Do you know what OPSEC and COMSEC mean? If you can't kill the Tank, do you know when and where the best place is to kill the crew? Can you read a TOPO map and use a compass for Land Navigation? Do you really "KNOW" your AO (Area of Opporation), it's "choke points", advantages and disadvantages, likely avenues of approach?

Where is you Counties, or Cities "Emergency Management Center", it's backup fuel and electrical systems, where are the cop cars parked and their fuel supply? Where are your areas "Main" water supply, electric feed grid, phone offices and cell towers, bridges that "Must" be crossed?

If it comes to a "fight" your not going to be up against a bunch of "idiots" with guns. They'er well trained, well equiped, and they get paid to Kill You! If you think for a minute that you'll just pick up a gun and fight, you'll get your ass handed to you in about 30 seconds. Find out what you need to know NOW, trainning to use what you have is needed NOW! Otherwise your just gona be a dead piece of meat in a body bag.

You all sit quiet while the America we once knew, the one we fought for in 1776 is being wiped away. The only ones the government love, are corporate businesses. The ones with money. In fact thats what capitalism is: Profit before Integrity, Profit.. before people.

You are being lied to everyday, being lulled into a false sense of security. Never trust freedom when its not in your hands. (As said by Gun's and Roses.) The men of the revolutionary war took their own freedom, they were not given it by the government.
National Security, along with extreme nationalism is one of the worst oppressive ideas. The war on terror will never end. They will just create more terrorists. After all, the Patriot Act allows them to declare anyone a terrorist.
You all think you will just pick up M4's and fight the government and win. NO! As stated in the quote above, you will fail. Though so long as you never surrender your mind, so long as you are able to raise your fist, you will never be defeated.

What alot of these people are forgetting is (LOL) Bush will be out (as with many senators) in a couple years. The government IS the people. If some senators and Bush try and change laws to stay in office/power, there is enough good people to strike them down.

They talked about hatred in that video, the real hatred is with them.
Report, edit, etc...Posted by Kashmir on 2006-02-20 at 02:00:48
That is total BS, you know Chris, your debating skills have deteriorated lately. I saw it when you fought Cheeze. He totally laid down the law with you. Is that your only arguement? Don't Power-hungry republicans always say that? Its the pissed off minorities. I'm sure you say the same about the arabs. "Ya we should post more anti-islam propaganda, they are only the pissed off minority." Can youprove that they are pissed off? Maybe their right, and your wrong? Thats right, you can't take being wrong. Its people like you that lead this country to ruin. Bush may be out in 3-4 years, but the damage that he will do will be irreperable. Lets see, in his administration, we had a planned Tragedy, we have wiretaps, we have Special ID cards in the future, we have extreme torture out in the open, we have secret police. Ya didn't know about those did ya? Infiltrate PEACEFUL protestors and ignite riots among them causing the Riot Police to attack, we have the opression of another country and the propaganda against the fighters who only want their country back. Ever heard of the downing street memos? They prove he knew about attacking Iraq and lied to the people. While they already had the plan to attack they told us things were undecided.
www.downingstreetmemo.com
http://afterdowningstreet.org

They have lied to us on so many occasions. The whole D|ck (so shoot me, its his name) Cheney shooting. Anyone who owns a shotgun will tell you that at 90 feet, the 28 gauge rifle he used that had one barrel longer then the other would not be as effective as "scooter"'s injuries were. It had to be 15 feet or less.

Maybe your just too proud to say that the true patriots were right? Maybe Voltaire was right in saying “It is hard to free fools from the chains they revere.”, “Prejudices are what fools use for reason.”, and “It is forbidden to kill; therefore all murderers are punished unless they kill in large numbers and to the sound of trumpets”. Maybe MLK was right in saying "Never forget that everything Hitler did in Germany was legal". Maybe all those bright minds were wrong. Well as it seems, everyone else is wrong and only Chris is right. Chris, you a tool. A number, nothing more. A money source. When the Night of the Rope comes, I'll look for you in the lines...

P.S. If the hatred is with them, do you see them ordering the torture of hundreds, and the deaths of thousands...? Didn't think so.

BTW, that little thing "They lived in a different time" doesn't not change the meaning.
