btw, kerrigan, if she dies, will likely die by Raynor. Hes taken so much crap over the campaign, he deserves payback. besides, humans always win in stories.

Acually there are alot of reason who will get the better of her. Or just ironies that
can happen to her....
-By accident an overlord eats her
-A command center flattens her and a message pops up saying "landing sequence interupted
- She gets sick by some zerg illness (mutalisk flu )
-Zeurtal zaps her with a photon cannon
-"Nova, I am your mother! Join me or get destroyed" Nova uses a flamethrower
-Kerrigans steps on a spider mine
-kerrigan gets hit by a vulture
-Peter griffan keeps kerrigan in his closet
-Kerrigan mutates into the next overmind
and last but not least
-Kerrigan falls into a spawning pool and only an orc peon can save her.

Raynor - Although Jim Raynor used to love Sarah Kerrigan, he will kill Kerrigan for doing what makes Jim Raynor mad but she will not mess around with Jim Raynor. Jim Raynor would kill Kerrigan because she killed his protoss friend "Fenix", and anything that would cause Jim Raynor to kill Sarah Kerrigan.
Zeratul - Kerrigan has killed the matriarch, betrayed the protoss for helping her, killed his nephew "Fenix", invaded the protoss homeworld aiur, killed Aldaris,
Duran - Duran would betray Kerrigan by his Hybrid and take over or not.
Artanis - Kerrigan killed Aldaris and some other reasons.

I saw something like this on starcraft.org... THere were a few hundred posts. But I thought that there were many possibilities. Oh yes I know Kerrigan's carapace is so tough that it regenerates. If there was a boss named Sarah Kerrigan, then wow that would be hard to beat unless nova has a super power that can penetrate all her bodiliy defenses. Also Nova would have to have Supreme stealth maybe.
