East still cuz i have lat and its kinda impossable to host a map to get people recruited...

Speaking about lat problems, I have one problem that does not allow me to join CERTAIN users games.
Almost anyone can join my games, But I just can't join theirs. It's starting to piss me off.
BTW: So far Blizzard could not help me with this problem.
