Bicep curls are useless. They only do little to your biceps. its only for making your muscles look big. You wouldnt want to look big and get your ass kicked by someone who wants to fight you out of no where because you look brolic.

creatine for me works pretty well. I gained 15 pounds in a month. It was all muscle too so it works for me. If your trying to do a good workout for biceps i recommend doing hammer curls or concentration curls. They work very well.
Diamond pushups are very good to do. Not just for your chest but also your triceps.
I work out everyother day and it works out just fine for me.
Your suppose to do Diamond Pushups , Knuckle Push Ups, Finger Push ups, and regular push ups to work out most of the part of your upper body.
Also thats not true that tall people's leg would get smashed. Your just assuming it without evidence. People with long legs don't have a stretched bone. Also people drink milk for stronger bones. Lifting weights also makes your bones much more denser. So its just a rumor.
I do handstand push ups! I used to do it against a wall, then after about 3 years of doing it I can now do an handstand and go up and down like push ups, I can do about 30 of them in a row!
Then you must be pretty strong.

I prefer doing military presses with weights.
It might not be hard if you don't weight much.

95% of your strength is trying to keep yourself from tipping over, You work way harder doing this then trying to bench twice your weight, I think!
I don't agree. Children can walk around on their hands and they can't lift twice their weight on a bench machine.
If you think about it the difference between regular push ups and handstand push ups is just like a bench and a shoulder press is. Push-up to handstand push-up and becnd to shoulder press.
