My school is a small private school, so there's not only no "gay groups" but there's also no bullying. I mean, the entire high school is about six classes of 9-10 people. It's not an issue of acceptance, it's an issue of actually finding someone. There's like two openly gay kids at my school and they're both like 17-18.
I'm gonna try contacting some of the groups I've found online, we didn't get any return calls during the summer, but I suppose I'll have better luck now that the school year is started.

Only my mother knows and she doesn't care. If you mean the extended family, that consists only of my stepdads family (who we very rarely ever see) and my father's family, who I have never met. My mother's extended family is pretty much all dead.

Let's see, what I look for in a girl is somebody who is intelligent, can carry on meaningful conversations, has a sense of humor, isn't a complete ass, looks at least decent or better than average (not hard for me since I live in California), can get along with my friends, a person who has friends I can get along with, somebody who is willing to work out problems, and a balanced person in general.
Perhaps see what traits that are the same or similar to the ones I mentioned above, and find somebody in a similar situation than you? Or you can look for another gay or bi person who is your opposite so you feel "completed".
