Heres some info what Bkruser put in my sig on his forum---:

A tsunami is a huge (usually 30 foot or more) wave sweeping across on ocean. A title wave is a wave of book titles that people find odd or offensive. A tidal wave is a large unexpected wave caused by the tides.

Man, this is so friggin sad. I can't believe that 125,000+ people lost their lives just like that.

and WTF! Those south-eastern asian countries couldn't help us anymore in 9/11 than we could have found weapons of mass destruction in Iraq (THERE AREN't ANY!)

Wow, two easily comparable things there... And it's not really THAT sad that so many people died. Nature is just doing what it can to thin the herd.

I love it when this happens. You need to stop giving a censored.gif about those people that got tsunamied on and care about yourself. Don't think I'm a person who cares about others by telling you how to do something, I just do this to try to make the world better for me. It was stupid for everyone to donate money to all of them. Especially the leaders of countries. I don't get how they can afford to spend money on poor people that are going to die but don't spend any money on the poor people in their own country. It's just stupid. Sorry if you think I'm stupid by being smart, Jahakob.

"And yes, this accident could be avoided. Japan for example got equipment to sense those kind of things, weeks before. Then people can go further to land. I am not blaming anyone, just saying that this could be avoided..." (Quoted)

Japan got this equipment, because japan is on one of the largest "hot spots". When I say hot spots, I mean there is a lot of technoic movement such as earthquakes.
